Hi, I’m Doron Petersan (aka ‘Sticky’), owner and operator of one of the very first all-vegan bakeries. Why, you might ask? The answer is simple. Who doesn’t want sweet-snacks that taste JUST as good as the traditional classics, but without all of the (emotionally and physically) heavy ingredients? No one, that’s who. Making things better is what we do, specializing in plant-based treats that delight every palate.

After coming to life in 1999, our first shop opened way back in 2002, before ‘vegan’ was a household word. Since then we’ve been dedicated to using high-quality ingredients. Our menu features a variety of mouthwatering options, from cookies and cupcakes to cakes and pastries—all made without animal products. We use unbleached/unbromated flours, non-hydrogenated shortening and margarine, RSPO palm and cocoa, no artificial preservatives, organic/non GMO corn and soy,

Doron Petersan is also the 2 time winner on the Food Network's Cupcake Wars, and appeared on various other food shows such as Not Your Momma’s Meals with Bobbie Dean, Roker on the Road with Al Roker, VH1’s Big Morning Buzz, and The Today Show with Kathy Lee and Hoda.
