Mail order ships Monday-Wednesday. Please allow a minimum of three days to process your order with possibly longer times (up to two weeks) depending on volume and season. Please note that shipping estimates on the checkout page are estimates provided by the carrier of how long your order will take to arrive once they have received it. This is not an indication of total time from when you place your order to when it is received. USPS priority mail and UPS ground do not guarantee arrival within those estimated time frames. Packages can only be shipped to addresses in the United States.

1. 1) packages that have been marked delivered but not received
2. packages that are delayed, lost, or stolen within the USPS or UPS network

We do offer some ready-made cakes and treats for same-day menu, here. For more options please choose from our pre-order cakes and pastry options which require a minimum 48 hours notice, here.

Unfortunately, no. All cakes and cupcakes can only be ordered for pick up or delivery locally in the DMV area.

To maintain freshness, we recommend storing cakes and pastries in a cool, dry place. For items with cream or frosting, refrigeration may be necessary. If you have specific items in mind, feel free to ask for storage tips!

Yes! Delivery is available via a third-party delivery service for local orders in the DC metro area. Once you place your order you will be prompted to provide delivery information, or choose pick-up as an option.

For orders canceled more than 72 hours in advance, we offer a full refund or store credit.

Cancellations made within 72 hours may not be eligible for a refund.
